OGO Glucoamylase—— EthanolOGO Glucose amylses without glucosyltransferase activity are used in the Ethanol production, which can rapidly reduce the viscosity of starch, increase the yield of glucose, reduce the production of non-fermentable sugar and increase the activity of the saccharification Brief introduction : The OGO Glucoamylase from Aspergillus niger is produced by submerged fermentation. Characteristics : Temperature : The temperature range is 40 - 65°C, the optimum temperature range is 58 - 60°C. The definition of enzyme activity : In condition of 40°C, pH 4.6, 1g powder or 1ml enzyme which can break down 1g soluble starch to produce 1mg glucose, the amount of enzyme is an enzyme activity unit(U). Application Method : Alcohol industry : The raw materials are digested and cooled to 60°C and add glucoamylase(120-200 U/g raw materials). When glucoamylase is added, keep temperature for 30-60 minutes, cool down to appropriate temperature and then fermentation begins. Expiration date : The liquid enzyme for 6 months under the recommended storage conditions.
